A few days ago, Sony has released PlayStation 3 firmware 3.56 which blocks all kinds of jailbreak / homebrew available till now. All those who have Jailbroken their PS3 on Firmware 3.55 can’t access their PS3 Network (PSN). However, there seems to be a way to bypass this recent firmware update and access PlayStation Network as well as play online games without actually updating to 3.56 firmware. This way, you get to keep the jailbreak as well as have all the PSN fun.

As reported by 9to5mac, Google has begun testing a new feature for iOS browsers (and Android as well, we guess) which hasn’t been officially announced yet but was spotted by some users. The feature allows you to see a preview of the resulting website on a new pop-up browser visually. When you search any keyword on MobileSafari a magnifying glass will appear at the right hand side of every search. Tapping the magnifying glass will open a new browser that lets you navigate through the results visually.

A new tweak called “CleanStatus” has recently arrived in Cydia Store. It has developed by nakedproductions. It allows you to choose what icons and text you want to make visible in your Status bar. Instead of the even usual icons, you start off with a plain and simple empty status bar, which you can customize yourself to fit your needs.

Starting from yesterday Pod2g has discovered a new untethered jailbreak vulnerability for iOS 4.2.1 / 4.3 to Geohot’s untethered exploit using iboot-level and now it appears that GreenPois0n RC5 had also untethered iOS 4.2.1 on iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad, iPod Touch 2G, 3G and 4G. Twitter user @JHackstar tipped us off to a Wiki showing that GreenPois0n RC5 is ‘coming VERY soon’ and will support all devices.

Yesterday Pod2G discovered another untethered exploit for your iDevice, and it even appears GeoHotz has an untethered exploit of his own. MuscleNerd has claimed through a tweet that Geohot might release a new untethered jailbreak in the coming weeks. This new untethered bootrom level exploit can be used to pwn iOS devices like iPhone 5, CDMA iPhone 4 and iPad 2 for life. Possibly, he might release a new jailbreak tool “Rubyra1n“!

Fujitsu is preparing to release its upcoming slate tablet, the Fujitsu Stylistic Q550. The upcoming Fujitsu Stylistic Q550 tablet runs on Windows 7 operating system and has an optional active digitizer / pen and UI layer. Unfortunately there is no further information on the upcoming Windows powered tablet, the Fujitsu Stylistic Q550 slate at moment regarding a detail specs, price and release date.

The Russian brand, iRu has announced the launch of new mini PC or Nettop namely, iRu 115 ION2 which is available in five versions. All of them are based on nVidia Ion 2 graphics and a 1.6GHz Intel Atom D510 dual-core processor. There is no word on pricing of iRu 115 ION2 at moment.

Disney has launched its new Android smartphone that provides 3D capability,naming as Disney Mobile DM009SH 3D phone. Based on the Sharp Galapagos 003SH, the new handset will get the same hardware as the original 3D Android smartphone. If you’re not familiar with that device, it sports a 3.8-inch stereoscopic touchscreen, which can display 3D images without requiring any special glasses. The Disney glass-free 3D smartphone will be available in Japan but no word on pricing yet.
