If I am not mistaken, it is the final build of the Milestone 2 (M2) tree.

The white iPhone sports a larger screen, possibly 3.7 to 4 inches wide (the current screen is 3.5 inches), with a form factor that maintains the current width and styling of the iPhone 4. The new screen sits nearly flush with the edge of the phone, with only a sliver for the bezel.
