SurveyMonkey, one of the best and most popular web survey provider, has acquired the hip startup Wufoo for $35 Million in cash and stock. The entire team behind Wufoo will move to Palo Alto, where SurveyMonkey is based.
Yahoo! has acquired a minor startup company named IntoNow. IntoNow is an iOS based TV tagging app. The IntoNow app, which recognizes the audio of the show you’re watching, identifies it, tags it and puts it up on your social networks for everyone to see what you’re listening to is like some sort of Foursquare – but for TV.

Chris Chang over at M.I.C Gadget published 2 photos that purportedly show the next iPhone (aka, the iPhone 5 or iPhone 4S). The white iPhone sports a larger screen, possibly 3.7 to 4 inches wide (the current screen is 3.5 inches), with a form factor that maintains the current width and styling of the iPhone 4. The new screen sits nearly flush with the edge of the phone, with only a sliver for the bezel.

A Chinese company called iOrgsoft has released RMVB Converter for Mac, a utility to convert Real Media files to most popular video formats without installing RealPlayer.
