Apple is said to be already meeting with chip suppliers as it looks toward production of its next-generation A6 mobile processor in 2012 and moving its chip production away from Samsung and looking to TSMC for foundry services and SPIL for back-end services. TSMC and Apple allegedly started running trials for this new chip, expected to be ready for mass production later this year and the move to TSMC has been a major blow to Samsung, the sole supplier of A4 and A5 processors thus far………….

Apple has seeded Mac OS X 10.7.2 and iCloud Beta 9 to developers, another new build for developers to check compatibility for their applications and for new Mac OS X and iCloud build you will need to be an official Apple developer which will cost $99/year. Apple has also seeded iPhoto 9.2 Beta 3, an update that also aims at providing integration with iCloud’s features that deal with photography and before installing this update, keep in mind that it will replace your current version of iPhoto with this one which can have the issues commonly found in pre-release software, therefore it’s recommended that you only apply this update in a testing environment…………………..

Amazon has plans to launch several new Android tablets, perhaps in a bid to compete against other Android tablets, but perhaps a bigger fish is in Amazon’s sights with Apple’s very own iPad 2 and Amazon will be launching their upcoming tablet for a much cheaper price compared to Apple’s iPad. Amazon claim that it will sell for hundreds less than the iPad 2………………

The latest leaked iPhone 4S part photo depicts a logic board and battery for the rumored deviceand the images from AppleLeaks follows a flurry of leaked parts that have been posted across the web. MacRumors analyzed the photos noting that, this new logic board carries a form factor more similar to that of the CDMA iPhone 4, but with a SIM-card slot also squeezed onto the board. This logic board also shows a rectangle area for the main processor which is likely for the A5 considering the A4 chip is square……………..

Images purporting to be the structural case design for a revamped, cheaper new iPhone 4 indicate changes in its antenna design and the images are published by MacRumors and supplied by iPatchiPods, appear to show a unibody frame without case seams on the top or either side of the top of the phone. The modified case also incorporates a SIM card, something that only the existing GSM version of the current iPhone 4 has or needs and it’s not yet known whether the anticipated new cheaper iPhone 4 will be dual band…………….

A newly leaked image from MacPost shows the back cover the N94 prototype iPhone which was previously thought to be the iPhone 5 and the N94 and N93 internal code names were found a few months back in the iOS 5 SDK. t was determined that the N94 device used the A5 processor and was thought to be the iPhone 5 and the N93 device was assumed to be a variant for a different carrier. If Apple does intend on releasing a world phone then the N93 and N94 designations could refer to the iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S…………..

Apple is working on a new technology to deliver video to televisions and revives rumors that Apple is seeking to launch a subscription package for television content. Apple has of course been pushing its AirPlay technology for streaming video from iOS devices to its Apple TV set-top box and has been rumored to be interested in launching an Apple-branded television set. If Apple is indeed pursuing subscriptions, it will undoubtedly run into heavy resistance from Big Cable and networks that rely heavily on cable subscriptions may feel pressure from cable providers not to join Apple’s venture……………

A hacker who goes by the name of Comex has been selected to be an intern at Apple and Comex is a member of the iPhone Dev Team who is known for some high-profile jailbreak exploits like the recent web-based JailbreakMe, will be starting work at Apple the week after next according to a Tweet he posted recently. IntoMobile has produced a simple yet interesting infographic outlining the riseof a device which may still not have yet reached its peak with the 5th device expected in just over a month and literally every aspect has seen a dramatic improvement. The most incredible thing to think about is just how far the iPhone has come since its first release back in the winter of 2007 and the original iPhone was light years ahead of it’s time and Apple has yet to let us down with any of the newer releases…………….

Apple has released iMac Graphic FW Update 3.0 to address graphical hanging issues that some people were reporting on iMacs and after upgrading to Lion, many users had reported their iMacs were locking up entirely after playing certain kinds of videos, requiring them to reboot in order to regain control, this firmware update hopes to address this problem. The file itself is 482 KB, but it does require you to reboot your iMac and ensure the power is not interrupted during the update……………….
