According to this chart, the most downloaded apps from Android Market are games (25.6%) followed at a huge distance by entertainment apps (12.2%) and tools (11.17%). In the games category, Arcade games ranked the highest (39.25%).
The infographic also lets us know the “Top 10 Most App-crazed countries” and this list was made by downloads per capita. South Korea is the leader, followed by Hong Kong, Taiwan, the US, Singapore, Sweden, Israel, Denmark, the Netherlands and Norway. If we would like to know when the most popular time to download from Android Market is, Google informs us that the peak of the week is on Sundays, at 9.00 PM, while the least popular time to download is on Mondays at 4.00 AM.
