A new photos of an unknown Smartphone from Sony Ericsson have leaked over the web and is said to be running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system.This isn’t Sony Ericsson PlayStation phone or Sony Ericsson X12 Anzu, infact totally a different Smartphone codenamed Hallon and having a model number MT15i.These photos were spotted by one of the Japanese tech site BlogofMobile on Picasa.

Specifications:

4.0 inches WVGA resolution touch screen;

8 megapixel camera with auto focus and 720P HD video recording;

Front camera, so video chat feature can be brought;

3.5 mm headphone jack;

support for GPS navigation and electronic compass;

support 3.5G networks and WLAN wireless LAN access;

Memory card expansion and Bluetooth.

From these parameters leaked, Sony Ericsson Hallon added with Gingerbread 2.3 is sure to be more attractive than Google Nexus S.
