Apple May Release 4-Inch iPod Touch On September 12

Just 2 days before Apple's much publicized media event, a new rumor surfaced about a 4-inch iPod touch. It is expected to release on September 12.

Over the past few months, lots of rumor have been circulated about Apple’s next generation iPhone. There were few leakage about iPod touch, iPod nano and iPod shuffle. Just 2 days before Apple’s much publicized media event, a new rumor surfaced about a 4-inch iPod touch. It is expected to release on September 12.

The upcoming iPod touch has a 4-inch 16:9 display. Apple has used the same display size in this iPod touch like the upcoming iPhone 5, according to The Verge. However, it is not clear whether the displays of both the devices will be the same or different. Apple has reported to have redesigned two higher priced iPod touch models.

The price of redesigned iPod touch models are $299 and $399. For the first time, Apple will release various colors of iPod touch. For more details, we have to wait till September 12 press conference.
