Samsung has announced a pair of entry level digital cameras, the Samsung PL20 and the Samsung ES80. The new Samsung ES80 digital camera is scheduled to be go on sale after the Samsung PL20.

* 14-megapixel sensor
* 27mm wide-angle lens with 5x optical zoom
* Digital image stabilization
* Powered by an AA battery
* Can record video in 720p HD format
* Record video with 1280 x 720 pixels at 24 frames per second
* Intelligent Scene Smart Auto
* Face detection, and smart filters

Both cameras are provides Intelligent Scene Smart Auto, face detection, and smart filters. Samsung PL20 and ES80 cameras will be available in silver, red, black and pink color options.
