Adobe Unveiled New Flash-to-HTML5 Conversion Tool

Adobe has unveiled a new Flash-to-HTML5 conversion tool. The tool has given a code name-Wallaby.It allow developers to easily convert their Flash projects to a combination of HTML5 and related non-Flash technologies.

Flash will thus join Adobe Illustrator CS5 and Dreamweaver CS5 as yet another Adobe application equipped to help make the transition to HTML5 a little easier on non-JavaScript developers by integrating various tools for exporting Adobe files to HTML5-compatible, Web standard formats.

The tool, demoed at Adobe’s MAX 2010 conference earlier this week, is not yet promised for a public release, but it is clear that the company is looking at ways to help developers offer their content in multiple formats.

Adobe engineer Rik Cabanier demos the tool in the video below.
