Ubuntu 10.10 Marverick Meerkat Desktop Edition Beta:

The light themes in desktop are updated and have more orange colors. Also the Radiance theme is modified to look more like Ambiance now.Checkout the video.

Ubuntu Netbook Edition Marverick Meerkat 10.10 Beta:

The most anticipated change which was confirmed recently is that Banshee is an default media application in Ubuntu Netbook Edition now. Ubuntu Netbook Edition (Unity) also has got many visual changes such as a new home screen and so on.Here’s the video.

If you had already installed any of the alpha editions of Ubuntu 10.10, after a system upgrade
you will have the Ubuntu 10.10 Beta.

The RC (release candidate) of Ubuntu 10.10 is due for release on 30th September and Ubuntu 10.10 Final will be available for download from 10th October 2010.
