Angry Birds Space Coming On Nokia Lumia Windows Phones Soon

Nokia and Rovio have ensured at CTIA Wireless 2012 that the Angry Birds Space is coming for Nokia smartphones including Lumia 710 and Lumia 800.

Remember last March Rovio announced to make a Windows version of Angry Birds Space? Afterwards Rovio’s CMO stated that the Angry Birds Space was not coming to Windows Phone, though Rovio’s CEO declined that statement just hours later. Recently Nokia and Rovio have ensured at CTIA Wireless 2012 that the Angry Birds Space is coming for Nokia smartphones including Lumia 710 and Lumia 800.


Mikael Hed, CEO of Rovio said “Nokia is one of our longest-standing partners, and Windows Phone and Lumia are of strategic importance to Rovio. We are very committed to bring our games to Lumia devices, and are looking forward to delighting our fans on the Windows Phone platform.”

It is a good news for Nokia Lumia smartphone users who were waiting for Angry Birds’ arrival on Windows. Before this announcements Nokia users were deprived. You can check the press release from Nokia website.
