Who does not love first person shooting game? If it is all about stealth killing, shooting from far away and to remain undetected, then there is something ticking our mind. Yes, your guess is right. I am talking about sniping games. To name the famous and hit sniper games, the first name comes into our mind is the name of ”Sniper: Ghost Warrior”; developed by City Interactive; a 2010 release. After huge success of the game in market City Interactive now going to launch the sequel of that game called “Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2″. The game is scheduled to release in multiple platforms including PC. We will be witnessed the high-fueled action of Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 on mid of January next year.

The storyline of this game is completely different than the 1st installment. The developer team confirms that this time players assume the character of Capt. Cole Anderson, a private security consultant and former elite member and gold medalist of Sniper Unit. He will take out global threats in different locations including Sarajevo -an urban area, Tibet Mountains and in Jungles of Burma.

There are lots of changes to be claimed in this game. City Interactive is using CryEngine 3 to develop this game. This engine will make the game more fluent and dynamic. It is ensured that there are lot of detailed works in Environment settings and character models. Ultra zoom, slow motion cinematic of bullet impact are also been included. Another great feature has been included about taking cover. The developer team has not confirmed yet but it is assumed that cover system will be upgraded heavily. Players will have ability to blend in the surrounding environment. The number of enemies and movements will be increased.

Stealth killing and hand to hand combat have been included in the game. Game play also focuses on real bullet physics and other factors such as bullet distance to cover, wind gauge, sniper position, aiming angle, target visibility, target movement, breath control and so on. On the whole, players will experience real sniping experiences through Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2. There will be secondary mission objective. Alternative routes will be introduced in the game. Silencer system is going to make debut for sniper rifle through this game.
