Assassin’s Creed has been one of the most successful game franchises of our days. It has a huge fan-following which is ever-eager in anticipating the next release of the franchise. As it is, the next release on the franchise is Assassin’s Creed 3. And to satiate the eagerness of the fans, PlayStation has now released a world premiere gameplay trailer of the game which is posted below.
The trailer starts with Connor, the new Assassin in the game, who goes on to speculate how he wishes to thwart all outsiders in his land, and yet considers himself an outsider at times.
‘In the name of liberty’, he says he is going to fight the outsiders. Interestingly, the foreigners are British, thus also posing Connor a riddle when he fights them because he has a mixed Native American/English heritage.
According to the post on PlayStation’s website, “He is a brutally effective Assassin, taking down his targets with speed and dexterity. Note how he flows across the battlefield, moving from one kill to another in a seamless, unbroken pace until finally finishing his target with vicious grace. There’s also Connor’s Native American/English heritage, which adds complexity and richness to his motivation.”
Although the trailer affords just a brief glimpse of what the game has in store for the fans, it is still very enticing and promises a gameplay full of thrill, action and entertainment. The trailer has been posted below.
