Flash Hero is the ultimate solution for making all the pictures same. By using this app you can set three different kind of enhancements, e.g. high quality black and white. In every effect you can choose the best option for each photo. Each one comes with its own sliders to fine tune the photos. This is a very small app and needs 0.3 MB of free space on your device. As it is free now you can try this app.
