We all were just waiting to here this official announcement. Today PlanetBeing Tweeted He managed to Unlock iPhone 4, and its confirmed by other Member MuscleNerd.

MuscleNerd & PlanetBeing both was working on Unlock as team, and we already posted they were very close to the Unlock. Today @planetbeing tweeted

Looks like I now have an unlocked iPhone 4. :)

For those of you who don’t know, carrier unlock for US iPhone 4s on AT&T required complete rewrite of ultrasn0w software because of the new baseband OS in iPhone 4.

iPhone Dev Team member Musclenerd also mentioned now they have 3 unlock solution for iPhone 4. He tweeted

We think we have 3 different ways to unlock once inside BB (the 3rd way was first to fully work for @planetbeing !)

So now we have Working Userland JailBreak & Unlock for iPhone 4. Now its just a wait time for Apple to Release iOS firmware 4.01 or 4.1, then Dev Team will release their tool.

    Can you help to update me when i can unlock Iphone4 4.1 bb 2.10.4? Up to now, it seem to be quiet from dev team and any web without updating any news about the unlock? I hope that i can use it before Khmer New Year. I don’t trust Gevey sim unlock. Pls help to release it now. Thanks

    Well i waited a long time for the unlock and then finally tried gevey to my surprise it works just fine, its almost 3 weeks of my using it….

    Yes with a gevey SIM interposer, i’ve been using it since it came out(end of march)
    It works beautifully …nowdays you’d buy one for 10 dollars
