Apple has already released iOS 4.3.2 for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 1, iPad 2, iPhone Touch 3G, iPod Touch 4G and iOS 4.2.7 for CDMA Verizon iPhone 4. The good news is that 4.3.2 is successfully jailbroken using Redsn0w RC12. Although its a TETHERED jailbreak right now but still there is a chance to get the untethered version.
