A recently leaked Apple internal document says that Apple’s iPhone is now available at any Apple store without the AT&T contract and without any ID. This does not mean that you can use it on any network at the moment, as the phone comes locked to only work with AT&T SIMS. The noteworthy conditions stated in the document are:

• Customers are not required to have an AT&T contract.
• Customers can only purchase one iPhone per day.

It’s that easy. Then it’s up to you to unlock it. The price is $499 for the iPhone 3G 8GB, $599 for the iPhone 3GS 16GB, and $699 for the 32GB top model. Here’s the full document:
