Description

San Jose, California – Announcing ForestKings, the developer of LifeStones, has released their latest product for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. The application is a new launch, a light yet challenging game which offers a playing concept based on real reflections of life. One human player and up to three virtual players can take part in the turn based game, strategizing to collect colored stones and get the highest score. All of the computer players’ personalities and the scoring method can be customized for a fresh gaming experience every time.

LifeStones is a new launch, offering light yet challenging, strategic gameplay. It’s a good fit for players with only a bit of time to spare but naturally works well for anyone.

This application has been developed based on reflections of real life lessons. Like in real life, if you get distracted you’ll do poorly, you don’t just take an action and immediately get a result, if you’re too successful, people will start getting resentful and take action against you, and so forth. Words to live by, although not actually shown in the app. However, gameplay centers on such themes.

The object of LifeStones is for players to collect and shelve colored stones. It’s which colors and how they’re collected that affect player scores.

Up to four players can participate in this turn-based game. One player (the user) is human and the remaining are virtual, computer generated players. To keep things fresh and interesting, the user is able to assign different mixes of personalities to his computerized opponents and is even able to decide if the scoring will be based on “More is Better”, where the one with the most colored stones wins, or “Balanced is Better”, with certain stones being collected.
