Planetbeing has been working on iPhone 4 Baseband day-and-night to find an exploit to develop an iPhone 4 unlock.

Now it’s clear that these guys are after iPhone 4 baseband unlock with full force to find an exploit and then develop an unlock for iPhone 4. We’ll keep you posted on future development.
