SlideToMac claims that Apple may be preparing to integrate the Mac App Store into iTunes. The rumor arrives via the a screenshot, which very much resembles that Mac App Store holding a blank page in iTunes that resembled the one from Mac App Store app when it was launched back in January this year.
The site claims they discovered the page simply by navigating to the iTunes App Store this afternoon, only to be greeted with the words “Coming Soon”. While screenshots themselves are not conclusive proof, it may suggest the two stores are about to merge.
