Most of the Windows Phone users are already updated to version 7.5 of the firmware. On May 23, Wednesday evening, Yahoo announced that it’s going to step into the browser business with its new web browser – Axis. The new software, dubbed Yahoo Axis, is being called a “search browser.” With the release of Axis, a new search app and add-on for both iOS and desktop browsers, Yahoo aims to make browsing the Web a more visual and convenient experience. The idea here is that users can search the web using their iPad, iPhone or computer and then pick up that search when they move from one device to the next.
