Chinese website WPDang has reported that the popular photo-sharing app (Instagram) will only be available as a Nokia exclusive for its Windows Phone 8 smartphones. Besides, the company is reportedly planning to offer Windows Phone users an extra filter to compensate them for the delayed release.
