Samsung Wallet Launched In Korea

Samsung Wallet is a convenient mobile app which allows users to store and manage event tickets, boarding passes, membership cards and coupons all in one place. A couple of months ago, Samsung showed off this app to developers. Lately, the company has launched its Wallet app in Korea.

Samsung Wallet

Samsung Wallet is more of a depository, where credit cards can be stored along with tickets, membership cards and coupons. Online purchases can be made using the information in the wallet confirmed by a PIN number or a one-time password. From now on, Korean customers using Galaxy S4, Galaxy S III, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note II, Galaxy Note 10.1 or Galaxy S II HD LTE, can download Samsung Wallet app from the company’s own app market. Currently it only appears to collect credit card info, which customers can use to pay for goods and services at online merchants using the information in the wallet confirmed by a PIN number or a one-time password.
