Lenovo IdeaPad K1 Tablet Hits Some Online Retailers

Lenovo still hasn’t officially confirmed it, but all signs are pointing to an imminent US launch of its Android-based IdeaPad K1 tablet and it just hit the FCC under the K1 moniker earlier this month, now it gotten a full blown listing on Buy.com.Lenovo IdeaPad K1 features a 1 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 10.1 inch, 1280 x 800 pixel display and Google Android 3.x operating system…………

 

Lenovo’s upcoming 10 inch Android tablet isn’t available for purchase in the US yet, but that hasn’t stopped a handful of stores from creating product pages for the tablet and Buy.com is showing off detailed specs and some high quality photos for the tablet and also Krex has a tentative price $510.04 for the tablet.Currently selling in China, Lenovo‘s home market, the LePad comes powered by a 1.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset but the IdeaPad K1 which has appeared in US stores (on pre-order) is mentioned (twice) to boast an Nvidia Tegra 2 SoC (system-on-chip). Beside the Tegra processor, the K1 features a 10.1-inch (1280 x 800) touchscreen, 1GB of LPDDR2 memory, 32GB of internal storage (a 16GB model should also be released), a rear-facing 5 megapixel camera, a front-facing 2MP camera, two 0.5W speakers, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, USB and HDMI ports, and a battery allowing for 8 to 10 hours of operation.
