i just bought 2, one for each of my boys, hate it so far! its says it supports avi but we downloaded an avi movie last night and it says “this video cannot be played”…….. why??? also, why can’t they download any games from the cruz market or watch youtube videos??? //// CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO OR DOWNLOAD FOR THEM TO ENJOY THE TABLET?

go to maket place and there should be an app for youtube if not at top of maket click app and go to all apps it will show more apps than it did.

you might have to hit reset button or if its not obtaining ip address you might have to enter a wep or passphrase
