The Korea Economic Daily reported this first and AFP news service quoted that Windows 8 Tablet will be unveiled next week. The tech site ThisIsMyNext.com claimed developers attending the Microsoft’s BUILD conference will receive a free Windows 8 tablet, and that tablet will use a quad-core ARM processor. Microsoft previously given free Windows Phone 7 devices to developers last year’s conference. The difference is this year Windows 8 isn’t available yet, so if there is a free giveaway it would be running a prerelease version of the Windows 8 Operation system.
Another possibility is this Windows 8 Tablet might use recently unveiled NVIDIA’s Mobile Grafix project Kal-El(yes Kal-El is Superman’s kryptonian name), as NVIDIA talked about this earlier. There is another rumor that Windows Phone 7′s app will work on Windows 8.
