Dutch Students Made World’s First Solar-Powered Family Car

Now a days, automobile engineers are trying to make solar-powered cars. And the good news is a team of 22 Dutch engineers has developed a solar-powered family car called Stella. Undoubtedly, this car redefines the traditional meaning of a car.

Some students from Eindhoven University of Technology have built Tesla. The students claim Tesla is the world’s first solar-powered four-seated car. Have a look at the video:

Stella is constructed from lightweight materials like carbon fiber and aluminum. This car is equipped with efficient solar cells. These solar panels are the heart of Stella. Here another video of the car.

This kind of technology is a real step toward the future of green transportation.
