If you live in country such as Iran, China or Pakistan where certain web sites are blocked by their Government, then this tutorial is for you because I will show you how to use an extensions called ProxMate for your Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browser and gain access to websites such as Facebook, YouTube, Pandora, Google Play, etc…

Gettings access to previously mentioned websites is quite easy and here’s what you need to do.

Step 1: From your Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox visit this page and install ProxMate add-on in your web browser.

Step 2: Once you have installed it left mouse click on ProxMate icon located in your browser address bar to activate it.

Step 3: Next, right mouse click on ProxMate icon and from context menu choose Options.

Step 4: In new tab that opens up select a checkbox in front of website to which you want to gain access and then click Save button.

Step 5: If you want to set your own proxy select a checkbox in front of Use own proxy, fill necessary fields and click Save button.

Step 6: If you want to disable ProxMate, right mouse click on its icon located in browser address bar and from context menu choose Disable.
