Aaron Greenspan was a collaborator of Mark Zuckerberg when they were studying at Harvard University. Currently, Aaron Greenspan is promoting his recent released book called “Authoritas: One Student’s Harvard Admissions and the Founding of the Facebook Era.” Besides, he released an alleged email and IM conversations that occurred early days of Facebook between Greenspan and Zuckerberg. During the conversations, Zuckerberg said that “but it’s not like i took the idea from you.”

When Zuckerberg was a fresher in the University, at that time Aaron Greenspan was developing some social softwares for social clubs and organizations. At that time, Zuckerberg wished to work with Greenspan in partnership. But Greenspan was totally upset on Zuckerberg. He accused against Zuckerberg to break federal law and he also alleged that Zuckerberg broke the security of Harvard Crimson email accounts.

However, after reading the leaked IMs, it seems that Zuckerbeg got the Facebook idea from other person’s product. But it is clear that he had a big plan with Facebook and he wanted to make Facebook a unique product.
