Microsoft’s Xbox Live is a hub for Xbox users. It’s also the chief portal which serves as Microsoft’s entertainment hub. However, multiple reports indicate the Xbox Live has been down for quite some time and Microsoft has immediately launched an investigation to discern its cause.
The complaints from the users started pouring in when users were unable to connect to Xbox Live. The reports were being directed at the Twitter account of Xbox Live which, then, started responding to these complaints.
Moreover, the problem is not localized and not only U.S. users are reporting that they are unable to access the platform, users from other parts of the world are also experiencing similar problems.
Microsoft representative from the Xbox Live Twitter account stated, “We are aware of the issues some users are having with Xbox LIVE and are actively investigating.”
This is definitely a serious problem, probably with the servers hosting Xbox Live. Microsoft seems to be actively working on it and we can hope that the access will be restored sometime soon.
We will publish update as soon as possible, stay tuned.
Update 1: According to tweet from official account Xbox Live now back online
Xbox LIVE should be back up and running. Thank you for your patience. Game on! ^KN
