Happy Birthday To Web

Happy Birthday To Web

The world wide web is 20 years old today and it seems like just yesterday we were hearing the pitter patter of little dial-up, delighting at the words you got mail and getting frustrated when calling our friends and receiving that dreaded busy signal. Many of us who regularly used the Internet before there was a World Wide Web to remember that there was a time when the two terms weren’t considered nearly synonymous by the general public, so please join us in saying “Happy birthday!” to the World Wide Web!

DollyCam App Lets You Automagic Video Stabilization For iPhone 4 And iPad 2

Scientists at Linkoping University in Sweden has just introduced DollyCam an app for iPhone 4 and iPad 2. With DollyCam you can record videos and then stabilize them to remove camera shake. DollyCam also corrects wobble caused by the camera’s rolling shutter. The resulting videos are much smoother than the original recordings and are more pleasant to watch. The app does crop your footage slightly, as can be expected. You’ll also need to remain in the app as it’s processing, though you can also stabilize videos later, after completing your shoot. Anyways you might be happy with this app, especially considering the $2.99 price tag. Checkout the press release bellow for more details.

Possible Clear Photo Of iPhone 5

Another photo purporting to show Apple’s iPhone 5 has appeared and seems to show a thinner mobile, with a slimmer bezel and rounded edges. According to the poster, these photos were taken inside a French carrier’s offices and these appear more genuine than anything we’ve seen in the past and take into account all the rumors we’ve heard about slightly larger display, more rounded edges and a thinner body while still maintaining the design aesthetics of its predecessor, the iPhone 4. This is a nice looking design and there is currently no word yet from Apple when the iPhone 5 will be launched…………
