We’ve had our eyes on Argo Medical Technologies ReWalk for a couple years, ever since the exoskeleton walked into view with a gait eerily reminiscent of RoboCop’s and this device weighs seven pounds and features two leg braces with motorized joints and motion sensors, a harness, and a backpack for holding the computer that controls.Now ReWalk exoskeleton on sale in January and this robotic pants help paralyzed humens walk again…….

Robotic trousers actually allow paraplegics to experience walking again. The pants were invented by Amit Goffer who was paralyzed during a 1997 car crash. His goal was to replace his wheelchair and with the robotic trousers he has succeeded. For all these years, Goffer has put his effort into creating a device that would allow him to walk again.These cutting edge robotic trousers are called “ReWalk.” The amazing thing about them is that they allow people who are paralyzed to actually stand, walk and climb stairs. Standing and climbing stairs does not happen easily with a traditional wheelchair. Using the pants, paraplegics walk using crutches to help stabilize them.

The robotic trousers, produced by Goffer’s Argo Medical Technologies, are worn on the outside of clothes, and they have motion sensors that respond to upper-body movements to allow for walking. Amazingly, Goffer’s invention will finally be on the market in January throughout the world. They will cost about $100,000, but the other pro to them is that the robotic trousers will actually prevent complications that paralyzed people often experience like sores and digestive, urinary, cardiovascular and circulatory problems. The benefits to health are numerous, and there are the emotional benefits of walking again after becoming paralyzed.While the robotic trousers are loud and only have a 3 and a half hour battery, it is an amazing accomplishment in the area of helping paraplegics to be able to experience walking again.

    And I have an older brother name Kendirck king his best friend shot him when he was only 14years of age… When I saw this video it brought me to tears… My gold bless you throughout out your science process… He is a paraplegic… I would love to one day even by this prototype… For I surely know this would bring him to tears… As it has brought me earlier this afternoon when I was at work…
