Apple Is The Latest Target Of AntiSec Hacker Group

Anonymous hackers associated with the AntiSec movement taunted Apple over the weekend by posting a list of 27 usernames and passwords, pwned data apparently originated from a number of surveys hosted on an Apple business website. Anonymous have claimed to have breached one of Apple’s servers and have managed to gain access to private data. There has been no word from Apple regarding this matter and hackers apparently are too busy elsewhere to mess with Apple, but that doesn’t mean the company is bulletproof………..

Sega Hacked With 1.3M Account

Security of Japanese video gaming firm Sega Corp. is breached resulting in the theft of sensitive personal data belonging to more than one million users and Sega said that more than 1.3 million people with accounts on the company’s Sega Pass online gaming portal had their real names, encrypted passwords, birth dates and email addresses stolen by hackers. Sega Pass network has been taken offline and Lulz Security has already offered to track down those responsible for the Sega breach………….

A hacking group called LulzSec has announced yet another successful attack on Sony, this time breaching Sony Pictures and compromising 1 million passwords, 75,000 music codes and 3.5 million music coupons. A portion of the group’s exploit is posted online in a RAR file, which contains over 50,000 email / password combos of unfortunate users and the group has blurted out over 20,000 Sony music coupons, and the admin database (including email addresses and passwords) for BMG Belgium employees………..
