Apple support forums have been flooded with users complaining about iPad 2s that won’t connect to Verizon Wireless’s CDMA 3G network and pple has given all the stores a list of serial numbers to scan, if company told to set aside and ship back to Apple, these are only for Verizon iPads. The first store to give notice had over 100 units to be sent back and the issue seems to only affect Verizon iPad 2′s right now, a similar situation to earlier in the year when customers visited the Apple forums to complain of Verizon iPad 2′s they had ordered being stopped and sent back…………

Google Maps now provides live transit updates and it tells you just how late your bus is. Google Maps team on Wednesday announced an update to both Google Maps for Android 1.6+ and Google Maps for desktop that incorporates real-time mass transit data, letting users not only plot their bus and train routes, but also track them in real time. The new google live transit data is only available in six cities worldwide: Boston, Portland (Oregon), San Diego, San Francisco, Madrid (Spain) and Torino (Italy) and the tracking feature is tied into transit stations included on the map……….
