For Mac users who have not yet upgraded to Lion, new evidence suggests Apple will add iCloud support to its predecessor, Snow Leopard in the form of an update and Mac preference pane in Tiger mentioned that iCloud requires a computer running Mac OS X 10.6.9 or later. OS X Snow Leopard version 10.6.9 has not yet been released to the general public and iCloud is currently in beta but is expected to have a full public release alongside iOS 5 at some point in Fall 2011……………

Apple previously announced that they would soon be selling Mac OS X Lion on a USB drive and now Apple starts selling Lion drive at $69. Obviously it’d be cheaper to buy a USB drive and do it yourself or simply burn it onto a DVD. System requirements include at least an Intel Core 2 Duo, 2 GB memory, and 7 GB of disk space and the thumb drive is almost $40 more than the $29.99 version that is available via Internet download from the Mac App Store………………
