T-Mobile TV App For iOS Is Here

For long, iPhone users have envied their Android counterparts for being able to access T-Mobile TV. The content from T-Mobile TV has been available to Android users since 2010, but until now iPhone users had no way to access it. The carrier has finally launched a T-Mobile TV app for iOS, offering a 30-day free trial period.

Of course, there are a whole lot of other ways of accessing content on iOS devices. But getting content straight from TV is somewhat of a tricky thing, since not many vendors offer a quality list of channels from which users can stream content.

T-Mobile, on the other hand, has a long list of top channels, all of which have a huge audience. Naturally, being able to stream data from all these channels is a very enticing prospect. The carrier claims that once you sign up for the app, you are able to access content from ESPN Mobile TV, Discovery, ABC News, NBC Sports, Fox, NBC, Bloomberg, MTV, Spike TV, Nickeldeon and Comedy Central as well as a number of other channels.

The 30-day free trial offer is apparently meant to entice enough iPhone users to sign up for the app. Once the trial period expires, iPhone users can avail any of the multiple packages available for the app.

For instance, you can get live and on-demand sports, news as well as other content for the $12.99 Prime Pack. But if you don’t want to pay as much, you can get access to specific channels. For $5.99 you can view content from Playground TV while for music beats from The Urban Zone, you have to pay $5.99. These are all monthly charges, which means that T-Mobile is not currently offering a one-time payment model.

You can get your hands on the T-Mobile TV app for iOS from the App Store.
