Google has sent out invitations of an Android event to the media on Wednesday evening. The invitation teases “The playground is open” on October 29 at 10 a.m. at New York’s Basketball City. But, the media is pretty much clueless, what the event is all about.
Google hasn’t provided any concrete information about what’ll be happening in the event or for what purpose the event will be organised. But tech specialists are widely speculating that Google may unveil a new lineup of Nexus devices through this event. The company may announce its new 32 GB version Nexus 7 tablet or it may introduce a Nexus 4 from LG. Some are also saying that Google may introduce a new version of Android at the event. But no one is confident enough. No matter what it is, Google’s mysterious New York event will be live-streamed on youtube.com/android.
