ASUS Transformer AiO Will Be Available In Q2 For $1,299

You might have remembered the ASUS Transformer AiO , the world’s first all-in-one tablet/desktop hybrid PC that is able to run both Windows 8 and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating systems. ASUS showed the PC back in January at the Consumer Electronics Show. We have come to know that the device is expected to go on sale in Q2, 2013 with a price tag of $1,299.


ASUS Transformer AiO P1801 TTJ-1

The Transformer AiO P1801 features a 18.4-inch LED-backlit display with IPS technology (1920 x 1080 pixels) and 10-point touch, allowing you to use all of your fingers on the screen at once.

The tablet comes with NVIDIA GT 730M graphics, powered by an NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 2GB DDR3, microSD card reader, built-in microphone, one mini USB 2.0 port, one 33W input charging port, and 32GB of storage. Its 32Whr Li-ion battery for the tablet lasts up to 5 hours.

The PC station, will be powered by a 3rd generation Intel Core i5 processor with Windows 8 pre-installed. There’s an NVIDIA GeFore GT 730M with 2GB VRAM, 8GB DDR3 RAM, 1TB SATA HDD and SuperMulti DVD drive on the PC version. The PC station includes SplashTop Remote Desktop, that allow users to connect wirelessly with the base unit while the Transformer AiO is in tablet mode.

So if you are willing to have this hybrid PC, you have to wait a bit more.
