When it comes to internet connectivity, higher speed is not enough always. Users want higher internet speeds and want the connectivity gear to be smaller at the same time. A number of vendors have started offering data cards so as to let users have their internet connectivity in a nifty package while they are on the go. The sizes of data cards have considerably shrunk over the recent years. Continuing the evolution, Huawei has now unveiled what it claims to be the smallest data card in the world!

It measures 7 mm in thickness and 25.5 mm in width. However, don’t let the size fool you into thinking that it’s performance is as diminished. On the contrary, UltraStick is able to support HSPA+ network as well as IPV6 protocol and download speeds on it can go as high as 21Mbps.

UltraStick is truly ideal for such professionals who carry their light-weight laptops or other gadgets around and want internet connectivity right on their finger tips.

Commenting on the product, Huawei Data Card Product Group’s Director, Wang Yeh Biao said, “A key trend which can be seen across mobile devices, laptops and even digital cameras is for light and thin designs. Huawei is investing resources to develop advanced and innovative, yet light and thin, mobile broadband products. We are very happy to launch the UltraStick E3331 data card as we continue to make convenience and great technology available to more people.”
