The registered Apple developers can download the beta for testing from the Apple developer center. This Beta 5 of watchOS is deliberated for installation exclusively on the devices that are registered with the Apple Developer Program. If you try to install this beta version in an unauthorized manner, then you might put your device in an unserviceable state.
