Step 3: File selection window will open, where you can choose a file that is already located in your Google Drive, or you can upload a new one.

Step 4: When you are done, return to your Compose window. You should find the file attached inside you new email.

Step 5: Now, simply click on Send button and the recipient will receive your email with the file.

The difference here is that you haven’t send any attached file inside your email, but a link of a file located inside your Google Drive.
