Adobe Offers Creative Cloud Subscription For $9.99 Per Month

At its Photoshop World conference in Las Vegas recently, Adobe has now announced that users can now get a Creative Cloud subscription for a mere $9.99 per month. However, you can redeem this offer only if you are already using Photoshop CS3 or the more recent versions of the software. The offer expires by Dec 21, 2013.

Adobe Creative Cloud

Creative Cloud subscription will let you gain access to a whole lot of applications including Photoshop CC, Lightroom 5, Behance ProSite as well as a total of 20 GB of online storage space. Moreover, once you get the subscription, you will also be able to gain access to Creative Cloud training resources.

However, the $9.99 a month subscription doesn’t include Creative Suites or volume licenses which somehow limits the scope of the offer. Adobe says that although this is not an introductory price, it has a right to change the pricing margins after the first year.

The company has fast tried to adopt to an increasingly connected and mobile world by lauching in-cloud software suits of its own. In the past, we have seen Adobe offering a far more comprehensive subscription in the form of the Creative Cloud suite of applications.

Now, it remains to be seen how Photoshop users react to this new offer from Adobe. In contrast to the $49 per month Creative Cloud subscription that offers a more comprehensive set of applications, this $9.99 per month offer from Adobe sounds very enticing. And especially for such users who are casual users of Adobe Photoshop, this is a lot more convenient and affordable.
