Google Drive

Google Drive

Google Drive is leading the race with giving their users 15GB free space on signup. But, there is a catch behind this allocation too. This 15GB includes your email storage as well, so if you tend to get a lot of emails, you might find your storage shrinking too fast.
To increase space, you can pay $1.99 per month for 100GB and $9.99 per month for 1TB. Larger volumes and their spaces can be found here.

OneDrive

Micrsoft’s OneDrive is also going head to head with Google Drive by providing users 15GB of absolutely free space upon signing up. Along with that, you can increase the space in exchange of certain amount of fees. Users need to pay 100GB for $1.99 per month, 200GB for $3.99 per month and 1TB for $6.99 per month.

Additionally, you can bump up your user space in other methods. If you back up your photos using the mobile app of OneDrive, you will be allocated an extra 3GB space, and you also get 500MB space upon inviting a friend to use the service. You can invite up to a total of 10 friends, and this will earn you a total of 5GB extra space.

According to an announcement by OneDrive, if you are an Office 365 subscriber, you can get unlimited OneDrive storage.

Box

Box

Second highest allocation of free storage space comes from Box, which allows their users to use 10GB of free space upon signing up. However, this allocation comes only for personal use, and you cannot share the space with anyone else. Their other plans are names Starter, Business and Enterprise. You can get Starter for $6 per month for 100GB and Business for $17 per month for unlimited storage. But for Enterprise, you have to contact them personally to know the quote. You can also get free trial for Starter and Business.
Along with that, you can increase the space limit by using their app on some specific devices. You will find the list here.

iCloud Drive

iCloud Drive Storage

iCloud Drive is probably one of the most used cloud storage services, and is popular among Apple users. iCloud Drive allows their users to use 5GB for free. After that, you have to pay certain amounts for each increment. You can get 20GB for $0.99 per month, 200GB for $3.99 per month, 500GB for $9.99 per month and 1TB for $19.99 per month.

Amazon Cloud Drive

Amazon Cloud Drive

Amazon Cloud Drive allows users 5GB space for free. You can increase the limit by paying $10 per year for 20GB and $25 per year for 50GB. These two are by far the most popular plans, but there are other plans as well for people who want more space.
Additionally, Amazon Prime users can get access to unlimited photo storage for free.

Dropbox

Dropbox

The lowest space is provided by Dropbox among the storage services mentioned above. You can start with Dropbox Basic which gives you 2GB space. There are two other plans called Dropbox Pro and Dropbox for Business. The first one gives you 1TB space with added features—such as remote wipe—for $9.99 per month. The second one gives you unlimited space for $15 per month (only for one user) and you also get added features.
You get 250MB space upon getting started to go with the 2GB space, and upon inviting friends, you earn 500MB for each.

So, these are the most-used and most popular storage services out there. Thinking of getting started? Pick any one of these and enjoy save file sharing from anywhere!
