22 more false Apple stores are discovered in the southern City of Kunming in China, just after an American blogger found three fake Apple stores a month ago. According to Reuters, the shops were selling Apple products without any sort of authorization from Apple. They are ordered to remove Apple’s logo & also to stop selling Apple products.
It’s a real shame. As I said before, China is one of the top countries in the world in this type of fraud business also. They were selling Apple made products which were bought from authorized Apple resellers. In July, an American blogger found three fake Apple Stores in Kunming.
Reuters Said:
China’s Administration for Industry and Commerce in the Yunnan provincial capital said the stores have been ordered to stop using Apple’s logo after Apple China accused them of unfair competition and violating its registered trademark, state media said on Thursday.

In May, China was listed for the seventh year by the U.S. Trade Representative’s office as a country with one of the worst records for preventing copyright theft.
