Yesterday, LG announced that they have joined forces with Google, and that they would be sharing their existing patents— and also those filed in the following ten years— with each other.
Some tech-gurus have been saying that the partnership was coming and was only a matter of time, since LG was more or less collaborating with Google already. Together they created Google’s two famous Android Flagship devices: Nexus 4 and Nexus 5, and are also working together for building a better automobile technology.
The authorities, though, have not mentioned how the two companies will be using the resources of each other, but the world assumes that we can expect better innovation now that these two have come together.
