AT&T will combine Galaxy Camera’s high performance photography with the carriers 4G mobile internet connectivity. The gadget will run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and fully support AT&T’s 4G network. Its easy user interface helps users to understand all functions.

The Galaxy Camera has –

  • 4.8-inch HD Super Clear LCD screen,
  • 21x optical zoom lens,
  • super-bright 16MP BSI CMOS sensor,
  • quad-core 1 GHz processor,
  • Wi-Fi,
  • 3G and 4G wireless connectivity, and
  • microSD card slot.

Chris Penrose, senior vice president, AT&T Emerging Devices said, “Wirelessly enabling Samsung’s Galaxy Camera will create a significant shift in how consumers share and communicate with photos and videos.” He also added, “By posting instantly to social networking sites or sending directly to another device, the person behind the lens is essentially offering family and friends the opportunity to share in the moments as they are actually experiencing them. We’re excited that the AT&T wireless network will help enable these opportunities.”

AT&T has not announced till now the pricing of the Galaxy Camera. But, the listing of Galaxy Camera in a UK retailer suggests that the gadget might cost you $650 without any data contract.
