Windows Phone 8 Leaked Screenshots Reveal Integrated Skype, Camera UI

It is expected that Windows Phone 8 will be revealed next week on June 20 at the Dev Summit in San Francisco. Before official announcement came from Microsoft and Nokia dribs and drabs of information with screenshots have been leaked about the Windows Phone 8 mobile operating system. Windows Phone 8 will have integrated Skype, Drive 3.0, Camera UI. After reviewing the screenshot, we have seen that how Skype and others features will be integrated into Windows Phone 8. For example, a screenshot displays an incoming video call that looks like Windows Phone’s innate calling app.

Another screenshot shows Skype and RCSe integration in the People Hub. The integrated skype on Windows Phone 8 is a much expected feature and obviously we will see it on the next major update to windows phone. You will find an option to answer a Skype call with or without video. You can also start Skype chat from the user’s profile.

There are also a screenshot of “DataSmart” that will allegedly track usage and expense of data. One screenshot displays a live tile for the app. There is a UI of the Nokia Drive 3.0 which is expected to come with updated traffic report and re-routing. Although it is not windows phone 8 feature, it will be updated to current windows phone.
