Nokia Says Special Version Of Angry Birds Optimized For Windows Phone Tango Coming

A lot Windows Phone users were rather disappointed when they were told by Nokia and Microsoft that the Nokia Lumia 610 handset wouldn’t be supporting a whole plethora of applications. These included some very important ones such as Skype and Tango and also some very popular games such as Angry Birds and Pro Evolution Soccer 2012.

However, here are some good news for Lumia 610 users. Nokia is now promising that a special version of Angry Birds will soon be released which will be optimized specifically for the RAM constraints of Windows Phone Tango.

This has been stated by editor-in-chief of the Nokia Conversations blog, Heidi Lemmetyinen. According to Lemmetyinen, such an optimized version of Angry Birds is not yet available but it is definitely on its way and will be available in future.

Naturally, the lack of support for such high-profile apps is going to hurt the Windows Phone user base. Especially, since Lumia 610 can’t even run Skype, users will wait until Microsoft finally finds a way to support it or perhaps introduced a special version of Skype too.
