Belkin offers a packed lineup of WeMo products that allow its users to control a variety of at-home gadgets from afar. Their latest product, the WeMo Baby, is a Wi-Fi enabled baby monitor controllable from Apple iOS devices. The product is a stylish table top baby monitor that features a microphone available to be streamed from any iOS-powered device.

Belkin will offer a free WeMo Baby iOS application compatible with with any iOS 5 iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. An active internet connection is required at the docked-location and on the user’s iOS device to stream audio from the baby monitor. At any given moment, up to six devices may connect to WeMo Baby.

With WeMo Baby, parents can receive freedom they haven’t had since their teenage years. They can hire a babysitter and head downtown to a local bar without having to anguish over their newborn’s safety.

WeMo Baby will be available to purchase for $89.99 on Amazon, the Apple Store, Belkin, Best Buy, and Walmart in early November. The application will also go live free of charge in the iOS App-Store around the same time period.
