Great news for wrestling fan.Now you can win your favourite wrestler with your own fashion with more tools that are generally used in the real smackdown show or RAW.
WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011 (often shortened to WWE SvR 2011) is an upcoming professional wrestling video game developed by Yuke’s and published by THQ for the PlayStation 2 (PS2), PlayStation 3 (PS3), PlayStation Portable (PSP), Wii and Xbox 360 systems. It will be the twelfth video game in the WWE SmackDown vs. Raw series and will be released on October 26, 2010.The game will be based on the promotion World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), and is named after its two brands (Raw and SmackDown) that battle one another in actual WWE storylines.
One of the main changes in the gameplay for WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011 will be the incorporation of a new dynamic physics system that allow objects to be used more widely, in particular objects involved in the Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match. Tables will now break differently depending on the impact placed upon them. Inside and outside the ring, ladders can now be rested onto the ring ropes and be broken into pieces. For the first time since the original WWE SmackDown! vs. Raw game, chairs can now be thrown at the player’s opponents .
The Hell in a Cell match will be revamped with expanded cell walls, weapons underneath the ring, steel steps near the poles, and the removal of the cell door. However, new ways to exit the cell are introduced such as barreling through the cage wall.
For the first time since WWE SmackDown! Here Comes the Pain, the player can roam freely around the backstage areas. Moves and controls are modified to incorporate new options to perform during and after a move is executed. The strong grapple modifier has been revamped to allow the player to perform more powerful moves on the opponent as the player progresses into the match and wears down the opponent.
The game will be available with a number of different covers and will feature wrestlers such as John Cena, Undertaker, Randy Orton, Big Show, The Miz and Sheamus to name just a few.
Other changes are more minor: Developer Yuke’s has made the area between the cage and the ring bigger for Hell in a Cell, for example. Whee! They also, somewhat more significantly, allow you to customize attributes for your wrestler in the Create a Superstar mode, instead of just customizing the way the dude (or dudette) looks. You can now string together many more move components, customize a variety of details (such as angle of rotation in a flip), and even pick a name that the announcers will call out when you perform the finisher.
Modifications to the Create A Superstar mode include pre-loaded attribute points for a created superstars. In Create A Finisher mode, attributes such as speed and trajectory can be modified by single increments rather than 25% increments. The number of available created finishers are expanded to 130 as well.
