RedSn0w 0.9.10b5 With iBooks Fix Released By iPhone Dev-Team

iBooks on jailbroken devices had been causing a lot of problem. The iPhone Dev-Team earlier released an update of RedSn0w to tackle most of the issues related to iBooks. Now, @planetbeing of iPhone Dev-Team has updated RedSn0w with yet another iBooks Fix. This update tackles the DRM-related problems in iBooks which caused iBooks to display 10 percent of the images incorrectly on jailbroken devices.

The problem occurred when iBooks detected jailbreak sometimes and resulted in displaying some images incorrectly on such a device. The utility that planetbeing created to tackle this problem is named ‘crazeles.’ It is somewhat similar to another utility that was created @comex as a ‘honeypot’ fix.

You can install this new version of RedSn0w right away by running it over existing jailbreak but de-selecting the Cydia; or alternatively, you can get it by installing the Corona package from Cydia.
